Code Enforcement

The City’s Code Enforcement Division was established to help keep the City of Palmer a pleasant and appealing atmosphere for the citizens, prospective citizens and visitors.

The Code Enforcement Division, which is operated by the Palmer Police Department, is responsible for ensuring compliance with the City of Palmer Ordinances, Codes and State of Texas Laws in relation to tall grass, trash and debris and junk vehicles are maintained.
