Disaster Declaration In Response to COVID-19

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – March 17, 2020 (Palmer, Texas) The City of Palmer has issued a Disaster Declaration Order in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. This declaration is effective immediately and will be in effect for the next 30 days.

Spraying for mosquitoes

Water Rate Increase effective February 1, 2014

In the regular meeting of the Palmer city council on January 21, 2014 approved an increase in water rates.  The increase was necessary due to the Rockett SUD increasing the wholesale water rate to Palmer by $0.25 per 1000 gallons.  The increase will result in the average Palmer customer paying $1.75 more each month.  The …
